Do you manage destination weddings outside of India?
Absolutely. While our soul lies in Indian tradition, our expertise is global. We frequently orchestrate celebrations in Dubai, Thailand, and key European destinations, handling all cross-border logistics, vendor management, and guest hospitality with our signature touch.
What is the ideal timeline to engage your services?
To ensure the "Vedika" standard of uncompromising attention to detail, we accept a limited number of engagements annually. We highly recommend securing our services 9–12 months in advance, particularly if your dates align with peak auspicious muhurats.
How do you handle traditional rituals vs. modern aesthetics?
This balance is our specialty. We believe rituals are the heart of the event, and aesthetics are the soul. We coordinate directly with your family priest to ensure sanctity is maintained, then design the environment (like the Mandap) to frame those moments elegantly without overshadowing them.
Do you offer partial planning or "day-of" coordination?
Vedika specializes in full-service, end-to-end luxury management ("The Royal Shaadi"). We find that true seamlessness requires us to be involved from the foundation. Therefore, we generally do not offer partial or month-of coordination services.
